TERMS & CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE BOOKING OF FUTSAL COURTS

(FutsalArena @ Yishun – NEE SOON SPORTS CENTRE)

  1. Booking of Futsal Courts is strictly for the purpose of the sport unless otherwise agreed to by FutsalArena @ Yishun Ltd (FutsalArena) in writing. For other activities please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details.
  2. FutsalArena is not responsible for any loss, damages, injuries or accidents within its premises.
  3. Players/Visitors must observe the on-site instructions either through signages or FutsalArena’s staff verbal instructions relating but not limited to the Consumption of Alcohol, Smoking Areas, Parking of Vehicles, Tailgating, etc.
  4. Players/Visitors agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless FutsalArena, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from the use of the Futsal Courts at Nee Soon Sports Centre.

 

  1. A Cleaning-up Fee will be applicable to all bookings where food and/or drinks are served. For such requirements please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details

 

  1. FutsalArena reserves the right to cancel a booking at its own discretion.

 

  1. Online Booking:

 

  • Availability: Subject to Court availability

Mondays to Fridays:

Off-Peak Hours* (9.00am to 5.00pm), Peak Hours* (5.00pm to 1.00am)

 

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays:

Peak Hours* (9.00am to 1.00am)

 

*Actual operating hours may differ due to latest operating requirements

 

  • All bookings are to be made through the Online Booking System except for Student Rate & NSmen Rate bookings, Events bookings, Bulk bookings and Partners bookings. For such bookings, please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details;

 

  • To enjoy the 10% Resident discount, a one-time Resident account verification over the counter at FutsalArena is required. Please bring along the IC (with the Nee Soon / Yishun address) for this;

 

  • Resident account verification can be done only after a registration and account set-up is completed;

 

 

 

  • Without the Resident account verification done over the counter at FutsalArena, the 10% Resident discount will not be extended and no refund will be given if the account verification is done only after a Court booking;

 

  • All bookings through the Online Booking System must be paid in full through our payment gateway (Stripe);

 

  • All bookings can be made up to 14 days in advanced of the preferred dates.

 

  • FutsalArena will inform in advanced should any of the booked date/s and time clash with any events and/or functions;

 

  • All booking cancellations of more than 48hours to the booking date will be refunded in full;

 

  • All booking cancellations of less than 48hours to the booking date will not be refunded;

  1. Bulk booking:

 

  • Availability: Subject to court availability

Mondays to Fridays:

Off-Peak Hours* (9.00am to 5.00pm), Peak Hours* (5.00pm to 1.00am)

 

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays:

Peak Hours* (9.00am to 1.00am)

  • Unused hours are to be consumed within 12 calendar months unless otherwise agreed to by FutsalArena in writing;

 

  • Bookings can be done up to 14 days in advanced of the preferred date, subject to availability unless otherwise agreed by FutsalArena in writing;

 

  • FutsalArena will inform in advanced should any of the booked dates and time clash with any events and/or functions;

 

  • No cancellation is allowed once a date and time have been agreed on unless otherwise agreed to by FutsalArena in writing;

  1. Event booking:

 

  • Availability: Subject to court availability

Mondays to Thursdays:

Off-Peak Hours* (9.00am to 5.00pm), Peak Hours* (5.00pm to 1.00am)

 

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (except Fridays):

Peak Hours* (9.00am to 1.00am)

 

No event bookings on Friday nights unless otherwise agreed by FutsalArena @ Yishun Ltd in writing;

 

* Actual operating hours may differ due to latest operating requirements

 

  • Amendments to event bookings can be done up to 14 days before the secured event date unless otherwise agreed by FutsalArena in writing;

 

  • FutsalArena will inform in advanced should any of the booked dates and time clash with any events and/or functions;

 

  • No cancellation is allowed once a date and time have been agreed on unless otherwise agreed to by FutsalArena in writing;

  1. Student booking:

 

  • Available only between 9.00am to 7.00pm Mondays to Sundays;

 

  • Available only through the Booking Hotline: 9722 6744;

 

  • All bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advanced of the preferred dates;

 

  • FutsalArena will inform in advanced should any of the booked dates and time clash with any events and/or functions;

 

  • Strictly for students with valid student IDs only;

 

  • All players are to present their valid student IDs at the point of making payments for verification purpose;

 

  • Payment must be made in full via NETS only before the game commences;
  • All bookings are strictly for playing of Futsal only. For other use of the Courts please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details;

 

  • Valid only for recreational purpose and not for instructional purpose (eg training or coaching) or for conduct of event and tournament. For training, coaching, event or tournament purposes, please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details;

 

  • Where non-students are found playing, the Court rate will revert from the Student Discount rate to the prevailing adult published rate and a top-up will be necessary to continue with the game;

 

  • No refund will be given under any circumstances;

 

  • No time extension will be given to late comers.

 

 

  1. NSmen booking:

 

  • Available only between 9.00am to 7.00pm Mondays to Sundays;

 

  • Available only through the Booking Hotline: 9722 6744;

 

  • All bookings can be made up to 14 days in advanced of the preferred dates;

 

  • FutsalArena will inform in advanced should any of the booked dates and time clash with any events and/or functions;

 

  • 5 NSmen Identification Cards are required for each booking at the point of making payments for verification purpose;

 

  • Payment must be made in full via NETS only before the game commences;

 

  • All bookings are strictly for playing of Futsal only. For other use of the Courts please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details;

 

  • Valid only for recreational purpose and not for instructional purpose (eg training or coaching) or for conduct of event and tournament. For training, coaching, event or tournament purposes, please call our Hotline: 9722 6744 or write to play@futsalarena.sg with the necessary details;

 

  • Where non-NSMen are found playing, the Court rate will revert from the NSmen Discount rate to the prevailing adult published rate and a top-up will be necessary to continue with the game;

 

  • No refund will be given under any circumstances;

 

  • No time extension will be given to late comers.

 

  1. Players/Visitors:

 

  • Must not use FutsalArena’s facilities in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause damages to the surroundings, structures and to the reputation of FutsalArena;

 

  • Must not use FutsalArena’s facilities in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;

 

  • Must not use FutsalArena’s facilities to store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any third parties, political organisations etc;

 

  • Must not tail-gate when leaving the carpark to avoid paying the carpark fees. FutsalArena reserves the right to take legal actions and/or report such cases to the authorities to ensure the safety and clear passage for all its customers.

 

 

  1. FutsalArena reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available to it at law or in equity for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the right to block a violating User’s access from the venue.

 

  1. FutsalArena further reserves the right to determine if a User has committed any violation of the Terms and Conditions herein.

 

  1. FutsalArena reserves the right to stop any bookings for non-compliance to its Terms & Conditions without any refund.

 

  1. FutsalArena reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time, without prior notice at its sole discretion.

 

  1. All other Terms & Conditions reflected in FutsalArena’s quotations and/or proposals pertaining to the booking of Futsal Courts remain unchanged.
